*SEMINAR REFUND POLICY*
No refunds will be issued unless MPA receives a cancellation request at least 10 days before the scheduled seminar; only then, will MPA issue a full refund, less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to MetrolinaParalegal@gmail.com. Please indicate how payment was originally made. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original payment was received (i.e. payment by check will be refunded by check, payment via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal). Refunds will not be issued until after the seminar is completed. MPA will not apply payments from a missed seminar to a future seminar.
