Benefits
Enjoyable, affordable CLE seminars held semi-annually
Twice a year you can earn a minimum of 6 CLE credits (including one hour of ethics) at each of our seminars. We hold some of the most interesting and accommodating seminars in the nation, and our host hotels bend over backwards to make sure we feel welcome and provide us with outstanding snacks, beverages and buffet breakfasts and lunches.
In addition to being educational, our seminars are the most enjoyable you will attend. We treat you like family, and we love getting together to catch up and share our war stories. And last but not least, we can usually be found afterwards having a little more fun at the after-seminar social. So come on, join us! You'll be glad you did.

General membership lunch meetings
The word "meeting" doesn't really convey what we do at these luncheons. Besides the great food, we enjoy presentations by some of the most knowledgeable and creative lawyers, community leaders, fellow paralegals and government officials in Charlotte.
For example, we have enjoyed the following presentations:
- Mecklenburg County Assistant District Attorney Kelly Miller presented the topic, "Investigation and Prosecution of John William Worthy," and kept us enthralled with the story of how she obtained a conviction;
- John Rogers, the Charlotte Historic Commission Coordinator, delivered a program on obtaining and maintaining historic designation in the City of Charlotte;
- Charlotte Ware of Applied Forensics, LLC enlightened us with a PowerPoint presentation and explanation regarding "Forensic Document Examination and the Courts" and
- A truly enjoyable luncheon featuring Travis Morehead and Vanessa Gore relating the progress being made on "The Carolina Thread Trail."
